Our stay was comfortable ! The staff was very nice to work with and the options and accommodations were nice ! I would definitely book again. The location is very convenient also !!

The stay was awesome! The hotel was clean and modern! The staff was amazing the housekeeper turned my jacket in and I was called, texted, and emailed about leaving my jacket. No hotel has ever contacted me about leaving belongings.

It started off rough will a very unpleasant odor in the room.. Went downstairs, and Michael was the best and got me into another room with no problem!!! Overall very nice and would stay again!

We use this hotel a lot for our agents. The staff is friendly, Mike is very helpful. Location is convenient to restaurants and not far from St Johns Town Center. Will continue to use this location.

Everything was great. The only issue we had was the people in the room next us were very loud leaving at 5:30 in the morning. Not sure steel wall would of muffled the racket they made.

We first aid in room 321 as soon as you open the door it had a smell, but we were in such a rush to get to a graduation ceremony. We thought that it was chemicals from the room being cleaned prior to check in.. later during the night when we got back, we realize that the smell was still there and that it was mildew the next morning we asked the staff to change our room and they did the next room was better….

I liked that it was a 13 minute walk to planet fitness and a 10 minute walk to Walmart. The hotel was decent but I did have to get housekeeping to actually mop the floor. The part of the floor that's covered with carpet needs a shampooing. Other than that, the room was fine. The lady that runs breakfast is really sweet and helpful. The front desk staff was accommodating and housekeeping staff was excellent!!!! The only other issue we had was that we had to clean the pool out, although the front desk said that it had been cleaned that day (not so much). As stays go, for the money, pretty good.

It was an overall great stay. The staff was friendly. The location is close to everything. The balcony was nice just wish it had a chair or two. Would stay again.
