Stayed a few nights and overall it went well. The front office was nice enough to help me with a situation we had with one of the room A/C that wasn’t working but they helped us with no problem and put us into another room. Thank you so much.

There hallways need clean up and something smell like strong smoke ****s. Also air conditioners and heat need fix because heat is t working. It’s sad no closed captions on tv shows.

Terrible room. Unclean. Dishwasher had standing water in it. Ants were around the sink in bathroom area. Marked walls. Curtain would not close. Halls had fans on floor because of leaks, not sure, or construction.

We came to Jacksonville to go to WasabiCon. It was my husband, daughter, and myself. The room was spacious. Had a full size fridge. The only thing was the king size mattress was hard, so it was uncomfortable to sleep on.

We drove 6 hours just to find out they don’t check you in after midnight, which has never happened any other hotel we have ever been to. Either way there was a lot of trash including hair weave coming into the entrance so right away I knew this was not the place to bring my family. Luckily we found a place that had a room available and came to it instead. Would not come here ever again.

The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No toilet paper, dirty room with hair weaves in the blankets, outlets next to bed did not work, Wi-Fi did not work, tv remote control did not work. The room smelled disgusting, there was never anyone at the front desk to ask for toilet paper, and cabinet doors were missing. Tons of kids running up and down the halls in the middle of the night making tons of noise. The hallways smelled like ****. When calling into customer service to modify my reservation to leave early (hotel was this terrible) was hung up on by every person as soon as I mentioned the word cancel reservation. This place needs to be condemned, and I will also be contacting an attorney for the horrible conditions.
