Had a very pleasant stay at Ramada Bistupur.Very attentive staff even small requests were immediately attended. The food was really worth mentioning especially dinner. My colleagues who stayed at other premium hotels were praising the food at Ramada as they came for party. Truly a memorable stay.

One of the best service provided by Mr Sushil Singh, in terms of food, rooms, Transportation, communication, immediate arrangements. Hats off to him and the team of Ramada. Had a really great time and experience. Would highly recommend.

We conducted our company’s Annual Day programme at Ramada. From the very first day the coordination and support we received from Celesty Manuel is overwhelming till we finish the same. Very good service, sukhbir service is good indeed morning while he offering tea ,he will treat us like a family person and wish us with good morning with lot of smiles great person and give respect after service the tea.this is One of the great attitude great of sukhbir and well disciplined thanks to Ramada this kind training given to your service person and caring the customer like family. Great.however i want mention your house keeping staff doing very good cleaning no complaint every day after completing my office hrs return to my room it's very neat and clean .Great.always I always prefer to stay in Ramada.thank you,
