This is our 2nd time here, we went in Nov 23, but it will be our last. I understand a change of management team since November last year, certainly for the worst. No free bottles water at the bars, a water dispenser and small paper cups. No outside evening entertainment, the Royal level have that pleasure now. Food was good now not, never hot and instances cold. Baked beans at breakfast about as warm as straight from a tin, veg etables never hot, rarely warm. However, the worst is to come. The Spanish guests !! The hotel is over run with them, we came back 11th May, previous night in room below us loads of the dreaded Spanish Pensionistas partying until 2.40 am. The hotel has 500+ rooms estimates are 70% of those occupied by Spanish. They are incapable of talking without being loud, they are always in groups, mobile phones to hand, all talking on speaker whether in bar or dining room, round the pool. No peace, they rule and they know it. Now, if all that you still want to go there, then my advice is don't waste your money going All Inclusive. Only one bar, the lobby bar, charges none All Inc guests for a drink. Pool bar, get what you want. Dining room, yellow wrist band is Half Board, but people help themselves to beer and wine and only once in 11 nights did anybody come to their table to make them pay. Nobody at the door to check your room number thus checking if you All Inc or whatever, therefore again half board people just walking in on a lunch eating and drinking and they should t even be there. So if you go, go half board, if anyone does ask you pay then they can only make you pay for what's in front of you. But if you go here you must like to mix with noisy, arrogant, Spaniards who think this place is just for them. And they say us Brits are loud, drunks etc. Hahaha.
