Hotels in Janow Podlaski with Swimming Pools

My friends and I decided to spend 1 night with the intention of using what the castle offers to the greatest extent. Unfortunately, we didn't get this because although we were on the spot before check-in hour (before 15), we could finally enter the room almost 2 hours later! You told us in the reception for two hours that the room is unfortunately not yet ready to ”sit in the lobby.” No compensation for inconvenience. We took the matter into our hands and after talking to the manager, we suggested a bottle of prosecco as a consequence of apologies (for 5 people we got 2 glasses in the bottle). In the hallway leading to the rooms it smelled like a sewerage. In the bar in the lobby, after ordering a drink Moscow Mule said that unfortunately it can't do it because there is no ginger beer, we ordered something else, and after 1.5 h brought this drink to the table and was surprised that we didn't want it. Generally, the hotel service was from space, management of the hotel at level 0. You can rest in much better conditions for this money. A big plus for the waitress in the lobby - very nice.
