In the room both Beds were very hard. Walls and furniture were very dusty, shower had hair and dirt on the walls.

This is a great hotel for business travelers. Clean, quiet, good location, excellent staff and breakfast starting at 6 am everyday. We have stayed here many times and we are never disappointed with our choice. Walking distance to 3 dinner options.

The hotel/motel was centrally located but I was expecting a much more updated room. The floors being vinyl were great but the rest of the room was less than expected. The shower was older and there were damages to the room walls that should have been repaired. The room smelled of chemical from cleaning which is okay but was really strong. We did not take advantage of the breakfast because there was not coffee made. I will not choose this Sure Stay again.

Pet fees are inconsistent and not included when you book a “pet friendly” room. I had to pay $23.80 the first time and $47.60 the second time. Water heater was not working. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Will not be staying here again as the pet fee is a rip off.

Newly renovated & out of the way, so it’s inexpensive, clean and quiet, which is basically all I’m looking for in a budget motel for a road trip.

If you're traveling with a pet this is a nice place to stay for an overnight stop. Pet fee was reasonable, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and included. Check-in staff very nice. I would stay here again.

Only pet friendly room was on 2nd floor with no elevator which was very difficult for our age and condition, and room was ok but bathroom floor and corners were very dusty and dirty. The area seems sketchy with a mall that only has a few stores open. Staff was very nice and recommended nice restaurant.
