Americas Best Value Inn Jefferson City

I paid online for 4 people and when I got there they charged me an extra $50 stating that I only paid for 2 people and it would cost extra. The building smelled like cigarettes and just seemed dirty. The room actually wasn’t too bad in terms of cleanliness, about as clean as you get for a place like that. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again for long term stay, just good for a cheap 1 night thing

First I was given a room that was a storage room full of unused things, then they moved me to another one, but in that one, the bed was dirty with disgusting sheets, so I had to go back to pick up my belongings and get accommodated in another room.

Front desk lady was very nice, and the staff was good. But the facility was SO disgusting and dirty. There were bugs in my room, holes in the wall, the bathroom door did not have a bolt in it, so it couldn’t lock. The only somewhat positive thing about the room was that it didn’t smell like smoke when it was a smoking room. The elevator smelled like urine and everything was just not clean. Very disappointed, when I spent $100 on the room. Should have spend just a few dollars more and had a vastly different experience. I never write reviews - especially negative ones - but PLEASE avoid this hotel if you want a clean, comfortable experience.

I had booked a hotel room using an online booking company. I arrived at the hotel and found out that they were completely booked and my booking through the other agency was no good. I checked a couple of other hotels and they were booked as well. I have never stayed at an Americas Value and was not sure what to expect. I went to the front desk and the service was great. The lady, Lisa, was very helpful and within minutes I had a room. There was nothing fancy about the room but it had an AC, TV and a fridge and most importantly, it was clean. Breakfast the next morning was good and it was an easy check-out process. Thanks for helping make a bad night pretty good!

Clean room Very friendly staff Fix any problems you have Over all I do recommend.room is very clean.Breakfast is excellent.I recommend and I will be be back again. They have snack for purchase at the front counter Working phones in the room next to the expressway

Some people don't belong in the hospitality industry and not work with guest maybe in office only not with guest. I was uncomfortable during my business trip at Jefferson City . first they lost my resavarion second I got in trouble for cheering my friends watching and playing virtually on discord and I'm by myself! Felt like a criminal but there was nice people working there except for the meaner manager. American best value inn. They only few bad part of my stay was night manager lost my resavarion and it's for two nights prepaid and had no money .thank God that I knew to call hotel com. Never again first time it happen at Jefferson City I prepay online for hotels all the time because of provetry. This is court hotel not a party hotel and there's both good and bad people that works in this hotel. I would want to give it another chance when I return in 2023 to file for another office but I need a different hotel. Also don't cheer or yell too loud it must be totally quiet or you'll be given a warning you don't want to be kicked out without a refund. And I was only on the phone and playing games and cheering I am not allowed to do that.the room was clean but manager don't believe in two sides to a story.

Absolutely filthy stains on sheets and towels

The noise from outside of the room was very loud. You could hear people walking across the floor upstairs. You could hear staff talking all night long, from 330 in the morning on right outside the door, the room was non smoking but people were smoking in rooms close by. It was suitable for one night. But no sleep at all.

Don't know why ********** would risk their reputation by offering this hotel. Room (after changing to be less noisy) had dead roaches. Had to ask twice to get that cleaned up.
