It's 5 kilometers away from Aewol-eup by taxi. There is a nice small courtyard. There is a public kitchen where you can cook your own meals. The room is quite big and the hygiene is average. The bathroom does not have dry and wet separation.

At the top of a hill above the seaside harbour village of Aewol is Joyland. More of a private hermitage but built to accommodate a family of four year-round, each cabin is electrically powered, air conditioned and with full kitchen. (There’s also a rice cooker, kettle and microwave in each cabin.) Sp**** in design with two double beds in the loft and wood flooring below the low-rise staircase, the TV (with Netflix) contrasts with rustic environs. Chairs are available in the dining hall. Nearby is red Daiso store, pharmacies and fishing village known for its heroic losses during Japanese colonizer tortures of matriarchs; Sineom neighbourhood police headquarters was also responsible for haenyeo resistance diver deaths as 1/10 of Jeju’s population was murdered. Wifi is free and Google Translate is a “must,” like orange spraycans of Off (mosquito repellant) from the nearby supermarket. Halfway to Suwolbang cliff/peak and Geopark (Jeju Olle Trail course 12) by Chagwido Island via Noeulhaean-ro, Hangyeong / Panpo-ri), this Aewol locale is a way of checking out Arte Museum close to Saebyul Oreum volcanic trails and tree. The citrus growing outside cabins are native to Jeju. Gueom stone salt flats nearby were also extracted by Japanese colonizers (“Volcano Island” by Kim Sok-Bom, Zainichi Korean in Japan). Surrounding hills and to the East—a focal point for atrocities in the 1940s—remain lush; and grandmas on motorcycles might remind guests of the 1273 anti-Mongolian or 1940s anti-colonial resistance by Jeju women.

#positive #I was happy with the Nearby Restaurants, Room Size, Soundproofing, Nearby Shops, Convenience of Transport; The location is great, and it is very suitable for leisure and vacation. Open the door and enter the balcony, you can listen to the sound of the waves and relax watching the waves. The surrounding traffic is very convenient. There are coastal buses when you go out, and there are buses to the west district and the city within 10 minutes. There are many snack bars such as fried chicken and beer at one or two stops on the bus. The important thing is that there are convenience stores and coffee shops within 100 steps of the homestay. Quite recommended!

Elementary school student 2 family trip is the best Well maintained and clean The owner is kind There are many black pork raw fish restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk from the resort. Good for a walk along the coastal bike path There is ample parking for about 10 cars and charging space for 2 electric vehicles. If you arrive late and the parking lot is full, you can park on the shoulder of the street directly below. A heated pool during the day and night, great for enjoying time when you don't have a schedule. The sea view is also nice👍 Secluded and quiet rest area 30 minutes away from major tourist attractions I stayed two nights in a row and will come again next year~~~~
