圖片上優享大床房跟實際房間相差十萬八千里，衞生很不乾淨，放在房門口的垃圾等我住進去了半天都沒拿走，沐浴露也是空的，跟前台説，就跟我説打掃的啊姨下班了！作為一個消費者來説感覺嚴重受到了欺騙，有窗沒窗你應該標明清楚，隔音差，一到早上外面就跟菜市場一樣吵！

酒店味道太大，而且半個小時都沒有，我房間都沒看，都不允許我全額退款，工作人員服務態度也不是很好，申請半天都不同意退款，結果沒辦法入住，房間味道太大，而且窗户還鎖不起來，洗臉盆更是臟的不能接受，反正這個酒店太差了，客服人員還要好好接受培訓在上崗
