Yuanlou is the former Qianzhuang, and the predecessor of the hotel is the township government office building. So this homestay is also a comprehensive travel attraction in Tangkou Town itself. After dinner in the evening, it is also excellent to have a drink and read a book in the cafe on the 1st floor. Not to mention that the boss has a very cute dog named Mitsubishi, and will interact happily with us when we have breakfast. The free breakfast was great too, ham sausage + egg + laurel + latte, and it was great to start the day in a beautiful cafe. Service: I saw the comment area before that the service may be cold, and we were cautious about whether to book this homestay. But in fact, we feel very lucky. This is a fabulous place to stay to explore the Dialou and surrounding countryside. The family room was great . The staff are really friendly and helpful the bikes are excellent and the food at the restaurant (we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner ) is very tasty and delicious. We will definitely return as we had such a great stay and there is so much to explore in the area. The honey and fruit we bought from the hostel when leaving was amazing. Thank You to Rocky and all the staff at TK Hostel for providing visitors with such a fabulous place to stay.

Overall clean, no service but polite at the front desk. The hotel has a beautiful environment and the children like it very much. There is a stone path in the corridor on the second floor, which is not convenient for carrying luggage. The soundproofing of the room is relatively poor. The shower room is walk-in directly from the room, and luckily it has heating. The shower was draining, water ran out through the crack in the door, and the floor mat was completely soaked. We loved our stay in the heart of an old village that is just opening up to tourism. The rooms were big and comfortable with nice hot showers and the service was kind and helpful. It is easy to rent bikes and go explore the countryside as well as the UNESCO sites that are not to be missed (Li Garden and Zili Village are close by). There are a few restaurants in the village and you can even find western coffee . We will surely come again!
