The hotel is close to the visitor center, it is convenient to play, the facilities in the room are average, and the boss can book scenic spots on his behalf. The parking space is the parking lot of the tourist center of the scenic spot, and it is convenient to park for free. The discomfort is the noise, the room is poorly insulated, and the water upstairs is like in your own room. Travelers who stay in the hotel late should be reminded not to be too noisy. What's worse is that construction started with percussion drills downstairs at 6 o'clock in the morning. The hotel is opened to provide guests with rest, and a quiet environment should be actively maintained. Attached picture, it's time to clean the air-conditioning filter.

晚上睡覺有蚊子，需要用下電蚊香！衞生方面還是不錯的，很乾凈！床也睡的很舒服！附近有很多餐館，對面就是遊客服務中心！

酒店就在地心谷遊客中心旁，方便，價格合適！附近轉轉，吃喝玩樂，都近，古茗奶茶，燒仙草奶茶店就在附近，方便極了！

地理位置非常好，入住時候老闆還給升級了智能房間，太感謝了，還推薦了很好吃的吃飯餐館，出去遊玩還幫保存行李！

交通很方便，地理位置特好，離土家餐館很近，就在遊客中心對面，，沒有在大路邊，很安靜，恩施地心谷值得遊覽，景美而且不累。老闆娘很熱情，很細心的講解景區怎麼遊玩。還幫我們訂了優惠門票。特實惠，是一次非常好的體驗。

環境一般，衞生一般，態度挺差，尤其退完房，剛退完，連上個廁所都不讓上，讓我去外面上，憋不住了都不讓上。真是一鎚子買賣。退完房打車也打不到車，附近出租車幾乎沒有，網約車司機一看是這個酒店的根本不接單，我也是後來走到大馬路上問的周圍的商鋪和附近的停着的網約車司機才知道的，凡事這家的酒店出來的客人他們都不接，即使有系統派單他們寧願退掉也不接。後來終於打上了車，我也沒敢説我是從這家酒店出來的。
