房間裝修挺好的，小度音響都能語音控制，就是出現無法控制關閉窗簾的情況，房間白天晚上都很安靜。洗浴用品量挺多的，不像其他酒店都是那種便攜裝很少。浴缸挺棒的，
🚗 交通：離紫陶街不遠，離朱家花園有點距離
🧹衞生：衞生打掃挺乾淨的

本來擔心新裝修的酒店味道大，但是進房間很清新，基本沒什麼味道，服務員説是做了甲醛處理，很贊，會想到做甲醛處理的商家真的是為客户考慮的！還有服務也是非常棒，晚上還有歡迎水果和建水的糕點，搭配的很用心。

體驗感很一般，衞生真的有待提高，洗漱用品質量太誇張，特別是牙刷，那都不是牙刷，是刷子，硬得……，剛進房間的時候，就發現衞生不行，床邊的桌面上有黏黏的東西，床下有大白兔奶糖紙，衞生紙，頭髮，灰塵一目瞭然。帶孩子在外玩了一天，10點多回到房間，才發現枕套也是臟的，但是太晚了，想想算了，將就一晚算了。名不符其實。再去不會再選擇。

酒店設計非常有建水庭院特色，進出給人感覺很好；房間採光很好，整潔大氣；因為高鐵時間問題，退房時間延長到了下午二點，服務小姐姐熱心幫忙併送上木爪糖水，非常貼心！早餐米線味道大讚，晚餐毫不猶豫的選擇禧院的汽鍋雞和炒菜（當時選擇禧院就是因為飯菜出彩），菜品質量是這些年在雲南的NO1，因為就和愛人出遊，忍痛少點了菜，期待下次了！另外酒店的圍爐煮茶很有心，這次時間太短了。總之，禧院是建水你來了就會有驚喜並喜歡上的一個寧靜致遠、品味悠長的好地方！
