房間寬敞明亮，設施設備齊全，智能服務很贊，但把浴巾設定在馬桶上方既不衞生也不妥當，建議放在洗漱間，需要自取，服務意識需要加強，細節定成敗，一層大廳保潔阿姨衹顧埋頭擦電梯門，完全忽略顧客的感受，我們需要乘電梯上樓，摁了上行按鈕，另外一個電梯還沒來得及摁，保潔員搶先一步摁了下行，估計她要下到底層，先不説微笑服務，但怎麼樣也得顧客優先吧，感覺不太好，不如我們此行在另外一地住的酒店，每個工作人員都笑臉相迎，熱情周到，希望改進！提升服務意識和服務質量！

出差來到這邊，訂的貴酒店。一進大廳很舒適的環境，有商務區書吧，還有零食和水果❤，咖啡。房間很乾凈，寬敞，還是智能設備。前台小姐姐服務很熱情，貼心的幫我解決我的需求。臨近商場、小吃街5分鐘，交通便利。下次還來這家店，很棒的一次體驗！
