The location and staff members were wonderful. I was a bit upset the first night because my room smelled of smoke. This is obviously not the hotels fault as they had no smoking signs. The hotel staff members changed our room, made sure it was de smoked and all the sheets etc were very clean. In addition, they said if they could help with any of our future travels, they would be happy to speak on our behalf. Really lovely and nice to see how hard they worked when someone was not happy.

A massive room, enough space! Some toiletries (such as razors) are lacking. The front desk service was very good though and messaged me all key details on WeChat. Location is decent but no restaurants about. Around 15/20 minutes walk

The hotel was deceptive. When checking in, it didn't say that it wouldn't be heated and the air conditioner wouldn't heat it! The hygiene is very poor and the air conditioning panel is broken! There is hair on the floor and the phone is so dirty that it makes people sick.
