There are no screens in the windows. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. It took an hour to get rid of the bed linen and duvet cover. Newly changed and okay. Can such a big hotel not even be able to hold a window screen? ? ?

大家在預訂酒店的時候還是不要圖便宜，多個百來塊錢能住的相對舒服一些，這個酒店進去以後門框是掉下來的，隔音特別不好，樓道隔壁樓上哼哼唧唧的聲音都能聽見！洗手間噴淋頭也是壞的，要一直舉得手裡，才能洗澡沖澡！地上是地毯，地毯也很臟，帶着小孩哪哪都不敢碰！而且房間裏被套床單粉塵特別大，稍微一動就滿天的灰塵，恨不得就帶防塵面具了，孩子第二天回家就呼吸道感染，真的不推薦，真的不推薦！

酒店明知空調不能使用的前提下，把房間開給我們（帶孩子），我們要求更換房間卻被告知沒有（後來我老公發現同樓層就有未使用的房間），窗户沒有紗窗，導致我們在高温的夏天，沒有空調、不能開窗。孩子折騰了一夜。這是西北旅遊以來最差的一晚，幾乎無眠。第二天退房到前台説明情況，被前台接待告知，是在網上訂的房間沒辦法解決。

衞生間裏的洗髮水盒子掉了直接在窗台放着，地攤上小垃圾瓜子皮隨處可見，本來想用小花灑沖一下腳，結果接口處漏水，大腿濕了一片。
