The cleanliness of this room was below average compared to other Chinese hotels in similar price range..there were even quite a couple of hair on the ground. The friendliness of the staff was great and I felt welcome. Location is good, just in the heart of the city. Overall decent hotel for a decent price but please clean more properly.

Pros:
1) Reception staff were very friendly and always willing to help.
2) Water feature outside the hotel is pretty and good fun for young children to run round and play
Cons:
1) Air-con didn’t work. Despite being set on 10 degrees, the room never got lower than 24 degrees.
2) We had no hot water for our entire stay. We used an empty room next door to shower.
3) The floor had hairs from previous people staying, we had to ask for the floor to be cleaned again.
4) Breakfast….nothing to drink. And was the same food served at restaurants for dinner. Not great.

從酒鋼賓館出發去額濟納自駕遊三天19日下午又回到酒鋼賓館入住，20日乘坐東航航班經停蘭州中川機場到達昆明長水國際機場，完成了我們此次在新疆北屯市至可可託海、伊寧市至那拉提，甘肅嘉峪關至內蒙阿拉善盟額濟納旗的自駕遊之旅。酒鋼賓館入住體驗很好非常滿意，今後再來嘉峪關入住酒鋼賓館是首選。

帶着孩子去看嘉峪關，下午孩子在停車場玩無人機，不小心炸機了，無人機掉到了樓頂很隱蔽的位置，酒店的安全主管張經理跑上跑下陪着找了將近兩個小時終於找到，非常感動，過程中還一直安慰我那哭哭啼啼的孩子。儘管無人機就幾千塊錢 並不貴，儘管最後發現的時候也摔得不輕，但包括張經理，保安，後勤師傅也一直盡心在幫着一起找，讓我們全家都非常感動。
另外，張經理在搜尋無人機的過程中一直非常注意安全防護，做好風險管理，不愧是優秀的安全主管。👍
晚上孩子的腳不小心劃破了，諮詢酒店，酒店恰巧碘伏用完，應該是專門跑出去找來的，十一點多送到房間。
房間舒適，早餐豐富，這些就不説了。
酒鋼賓館的每一位工作人員都讓我們感覺到家的温暖，謝謝你們😁😁😁

房間雖然小😉，但是很乾凈。性價比還是可以的，前台小張和小常的服務也很標準，院子裏的停車場真的很大，一大片的牡丹花開的真的很漂亮了，建議大家可以去打卡啦！
