公寓衞生乾淨，有很多層，大氣，環境堪比一線酒店，如維也納，麗楓等中高型酒店，下次來揭陽出差蘇維哈仍第一選擇。五星好評！

公寓式旅館空間比較小設施完整，特惠房無窗開門進去床鋪都是霉味換了靠近馬路邊的房間比較通風就是來往的車輛聲比較吵雜，一樓櫃檯登記後去客房搭電梯上樓，提供瓶裝水刮鬍刀有外陽台可以晾乾衣服。

房間不錯，整潔乾淨，很舒服，環境宜人，辦理入住一個妹妹給升級了豪華單房，很舒服。孩子很喜歡。位置也很好找 周圍最高的一棟建築，晚上也會有光帶非常顯眼。總的來説是一次很棒的體驗。好評、

離車頭老二大排檔很近哈哈 其他地方就滴滴 但是都不遠
這個地理位置還是不錯的
自建酒店 有電梯哈哈 乾淨 隔音也可以 老闆親切
