Woke up in the morning and there was no coffee packet in the room. So I went down to the restaurant to ask for a cup of coffee. They told me I could only drink it in the restaurant, and their tone was unprofessional and unfriendly! This is the first time I've ever been refused!

There's no sea view or mountain view, only trees and plants visible during breakfast. It's very different from the pictures, and I didn't feel relaxed or on vacation at all when I got there.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was truly delicious. The soup was tasty, the main courses were great, and the salad was fresh and clean. I really enjoyed it.

All staff are friendly and personable. They are able to answer my various queries. Room's big & good too except there's not much variety to their in-room beverages choice. Took public transport - bus 103 - dropped at correct stop but had to call the hotel to ask for specific direction. A small lane from the hotel will enable you to reach the main road where eateries abound.

The room is large. We came with a kid. There is a large private bathtub inside our room. Free parking available. Location is good for self driving. Breakfast is not buffet type but it is big enough for each person.

You sure will enjoy the quietness and mystery brought from many old and tall banyan trees around and climbing up the hill the spectacular pacific ocean view is unforgettable. With minutes walk, a lot of interesting sites you may want to see, including Nation Museum of Marine Science and technology, Chaojing park, Badouzi Park, Wangyouku Trail Park, Wanghaixian Bridge, and Rail Bike. From 2nd to 5th floor rooms with 5 different selections. Each room has window, independent bathroom and air condition. We provide Standard Original Room (one kingsize bed or two single bed) ,Standard Family Room (include Japanese Style), Marvelous Family Room,accessible room. Some rooms provide Japanese style bathtub and Japanese Tatami sitting area Soda maker can be found on each floor. Guest can make their own drink. We have two terraces, one in 2ned floor and one in 5th floor, our guests are welcome to both, especially 5th floor terrace can overlooking the Badouzi Seascape.
