網上看到圖片和2023的開業時間還期待了一下，花了近2000塊訂了四晚，説實話去版納從來不住告莊裡麪，這是第一次結果被現實狠狠的打臉。首先酒店的大堂就很low，一點專業的感覺都沒有，職員素質也是感覺參差不齊，房間衞生搞的極差，被子裏都是一圈黃色，噁心！衞生間牆上好幾處還粘着一坨一坨的頭髮看着就噁心，冰箱上和鞋櫃上都是灰塵，鞋櫃裏還有一瓶水，前面房客遺留的私人物品也沒有清理乾淨，地方上還有頭髮和其他渣子，沙發也是臟兮兮的，攜程上的圖片和房間實際的樣子完全沒有關係。以為訂到的房間可以看到告莊夜景結果説我們訂的房間都是低端房窗户都對着另外一面的施工工地，每天天不亮就開始施工。辦理入職時就説了要沒有煙味的房間，結果分到的房間一開門差點沒被房間內的煙味送走，換了一間就是前面説到的各種衞生問題那間，又再換了一間衞生狀況也很堪憂，這時候時間已經來到了晚上八點左右，我們差不多六點到的酒店，已經非常疲憊。向酒店前台反饋了這些問題後，給出的解決方案是可以給我們的房費打着，但是我需要取消攜程的訂單然後向他們發給我的個人的收款碼進行線下付款，我就説我不同意這樣對我沒有保障，實際上酒店這樣就可以省去平台手續費，直接想我收取房費，這打折的水太深了，最後沒有達成一直，我沒有享受所謂的折扣，酒店後期也沒有相應的其他處理辦法，好像對於他們來説也無所謂。但是我覺得還是應該讓其他的朋友瞭解一下這些實際情況，一定避雷，避坑，避這家酒店。還有就是孔雀城裡的酒店整體就很糟糕，在樓道里抽煙的人很多，到處都充斥着煙味，樓道通風很不好，討厭煙味的朋友千萬別選。其次整個孔雀樓也就外觀還過得去，內部很多槽點，很多設施都還處於未完成狀態，一不小心就是迷宮，電梯之難等，臟臟的，晚上隔音不好，很吵。去版納幾次之中，最差的體驗感就屬這了，就這種房間和衞生狀況一晚一百多我還得三思一下，果然是旺季的羊毛好薅，也不知道是本地老闆還是外地老闆，真是本地老闆丟本地人的臉，外地老闆丟外地人的臉。
