Gem Hotel

The feeling of staying in the 503 King Bed Room again this time is obviously not as good as the first time last year. It can be said to be extremely poor. The supporting facilities of the room can't keep up. First, the towels and bath towels in the hotel are not decent. Second, the sewer pipe of the sink fell off, and the water flowed to the floor. Third, the toilet was inexplicably blocked, and the sewage flowed to the floor. Fourth, there are mosquitoes in the room, and no mosquito coil liquid can be found in the entire room. Fifth, the landline in the room is unavailable, and the front desk cannot be contacted. I can only use my mobile phone to call the front desk of the hotel, and I can’t see any number that says to contact the front desk in the whole room. I asked the front desk, and the front desk responded very funny. The room was good, but it fell out of class.

I booked a king-size bed room with a view. The hardware is okay. The problem is that I booked two breakfasts. Then I found that I came and went casually during breakfast, and no one verified it. Then I booked a room with breakfast. And the spray is bad, it's drowned. Room number 8203. When ordering, there was a gift package for the bath, I didn't see it or the front desk didn't mention it. That's a bad experience

挺不錯的，這個價位，環境很乾凈，設施也挺全面的，有沙發浴缸那些，服務的話，打掃的很及時，早餐的話還可以，就是沒有小餛飩

設施：挺好的 衞生：很乾凈整潔 環境：很好，很安靜 服務：很熱情 房間很大，而且酒店的設施也挺好的

用了升房權益，還是給的內窗普通大床房，浪費升房權益，不讓用就不要掛出來讓別人選擇。

優點是兩百多的價格，客房性價比很高，也可能是在靖江吧…… 缺點 1.沒有服務意識，不尊重住客。一口一個客人全名，這如果是招待客户，絕對不會選擇這個酒店。前台服務流程一點都不規範，非常隨意，員工像新人，前台的幾位男士像領導，同樣沒有考慮到為客人保護私隱，沒有某某女士，某某先生之類的，同樣是直呼客人全名多次 缺點2.該酒店剛開業時應該算裝修挺好的，但不理解為什麼衞生這麼差，全屋無主燈，晚上進房間整體就是壓抑，衞生間也是暗淡。 客房內幾乎都是射燈，空調打開後，每一個射燈照射的下方，都是肉眼可見的灰塵在飄盪！ 床頭插座、開關也全是灰塵。 缺點3 隔音幾乎不存在，整晚衹要隔壁或走廊有人，聽的一清二楚。 缺點4. 我住的房間2副牙具，其中一副竟然是已經拆過包裝，牙具赤裸放在牙具盒內，並明顯濕潤的！ 該酒店圖便宜可以住，如果是為了旅遊、招待，為了體驗服務，完全不推薦。 我的評論句句屬實，酒店方可以調取監控查詢辦理入住情況，並對客房情況逐一去驗證！
