乾淨衞生，前台態度很好，房間夠大，早餐吃的也很舒服。毛巾和浴巾都是塑料袋包裝好的，看上去比較讓人放心，還有馬桶一次性坐墊。總之是一個住得很舒服的酒店。

酒店離火車站好近，設施硬件不錯，可惜周邊太荒涼，總體還可以，性價比不錯，空調感覺不夠熱，早餐特色牛肉麪好吃。免費洗腳盆服務很贊。

看了網上好評，並且離火車站比較進選擇入住。進酒店就有親切的問候聲，還有免費的紅棗茶，辦理入住的黃姐姐非常熱情，會根據我的需要安排房間，房間整個設施都很齊全，還有驚喜的免費洗衣服服務，簡直不要太貼心了。晚上還有免費的晚安粥送到房間，早上退房以後發現車子竟然被保安大叔洗的很乾凈，太讚了，下次來一定還住這裏！

硬件環境超出預料，四星級妥妥的，價格也很便宜。性價比很高，非常推薦。早餐品種很多，牛肉麪，酸奶敞開供應。還可以免費洗車服務，保安前台態度都很好。唯一就是位置相對較偏，在高速口附近。我們是路口住宿，剛好需要。如果是入住後想去市中心吃飯遊玩的話，還是有點不方便的。總之，非常滿意，強烈推薦。

大廳氣派，房間空間大，前台美女熱情介紹了還有免費的洗衣服，洗車，泡腳桶，暖心的晚安粥，剛到房間客房阿姨就把泡腳桶送來，服務熱情迅速，真是貼心啊

酒店環境很優美典雅，無論裝修標準，還是設備設施、酒店用品都很不錯，感覺物超所值。工作人員都很熱情友好，酒店還提供免費現熬的粥品給客人，管理非常以人為本，以顧客為中心，總之這次入住給我留下了很美好的印象，也讓我對荊門不由產生了好感。
