設施：馬桶不是智能的，房間很小很小，跟攜程描述的25-28㎡相差很遠，衞生間牆壁和玄關地板污跡很黑很多，和攜程説的2023新開業不一致，衞生間奇臭無比，就像污水處理蓋子揭開冒出來那個味道，開了一晚上的排氣扇一點用都沒有，很是受不了早早的起床，洗漱都差點嘔吐，實在是無語描述

酒店環境、設施、服務、衞生都是超一流的，最關鍵是在周邊名吃很多，也方便停車，住宿體驗感特別棒，前台小姐姐服務好人也漂亮，接待大廳在周邊槓槓的！我和朋友幾個一起入住的，休息的房間也大，下次去荊州還會住嵐玥酒店的，性價比非常高！

房間衞生很乾凈，位置也好，旁邊就是大賽巷小吃街，住的電競房，電腦配置很高，網速快，玩大型網絡遊戲非常流暢，床睡着很舒服，很滿意。

隔音效果非常不好，樓上沖馬桶下面聽的一清二楚，上下左右講話也是很清楚，很晚才能睡着。再就是床鋪的床不行

環境優美，地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助。設施很人性化，網絡高速信號好。配的拖鞋和洗護用品都很好，房間小擺件的設計也很有特色。性價比不錯，下次還要入住.
