Nice business hotel, good service and decent breakfast. Room was also comfortable, but the pool was a bit simple.

One of the most new hotels in Jingzhou. There are very comfortable swimming pool, gym and yoga rooms. It was very convenient for me. All staff and the front desk of the Wyndham was very friendly and helpful. They were all very kindly. It was very much exciting. I always like to visit to beautiful Jingzhou and Wyndham is the most best choice anytime. Thank you very much Wyndham Jingzhou, See you soon again

慎重選擇温德姆酒店，衞生、服務和房間設施都差的不行，首先談房間設施問題，我們的第一間房的空調是有問題的，反應了第一遍之後，大概以為我們不會用空調，來了一個可能是阿姨的員工，她調了一會兒發現也調不好，自言自語的説了一句有問題，然後就沒然後了，於是我們又一次打電話反應空調問題，一開始也是説我們不會用空調，後來又説因為是西曬的原因，空調不製冷…what？西曬和空調不製冷又啥關係？再談服務，經過我們多次反應後，酒店給我們換了一間空調沒問題的房間，然後説為了賠禮，給我們歡迎水果，我們等了一天一夜也沒見誰過來…（無語笑臉）最後談衞生問題，如圖所示，晚上我準備刷牙，開封還未使用的牙刷裏面有一根長頭髮，牙刷毛上面還有一小坨黑色的東西，不知道是啥（不要説我故意塞進去的頭髮，我沒那麼無聊，也不是黑頭髮），極度噁心到我了，然後我就反應給酒店了，二談服務問題，我反應給酒店之後，一直沒有迴應，問題牙刷他們也拿走了，直到第二天我退房的時候，再一次反應給酒店前台，才有人後來加我微信給我，給我説加強衞生有的沒的，最後最後我們走的時候前台問了我們還需要水果嗎？（無語笑臉）

入住沒有問客人需求，直接給了一間角落房，然後房間電話聽筒壞了。設施老舊，性價比不高，一晚480住這樣的房間我作為個人出行來説不划算，（三國五虎將擺件（隨機贈送一個）或商務禮遇二選一）這項服務完全沒有人介紹。直到退房都沒有給我
