環境我認為在荊州電競酒店是第一，常來！設施不錯，配置剛開始都是全新標配的，看的出來設施都是很好的，衹不過就是現在稍微舊了一點，環境佈置的還是很不錯的，感覺房間擺件很有特色，比網吧氛圍好的多，布草毛巾整齊一致，質量都是全棉的，牙具拖鞋等一次性拖鞋都是質量不錯的樣子，很講究，比荊州其他酒店強太多，甚至有的民宿都不如這家，實話實説。

來店升級的三人間，很不錯了，環境，超大，幾個人打打牌玩下游戲真的很不錯，比較認可，另外裝扮風格奇特，比較有創意，窗户一拉開很亮，
設施：玩遊戲基本上還好，基本沒有卡頓，，房間零食也還很齊全

環境超級棒，很乾凈整潔，電腦配置高，遊戲無障礙，前台服務態度也還可以，行李什麼的也都讓保存，位置繁華，購物方便，打D隨時可以，就是停車要在萬達廣場正對面，，強烈推薦給大家，其他電競酒店感覺臟不衞生，主要是環境OK👌🏻
