房子是在單身公寓的住宅區裏的！自駕沒有車位停車和保安商量了卸行李才給抬桿！小區門口路邊21:30-7:30免費停車！但是門口是個商業區，節假日去的早也是沒有車位的！民宿給提供了一次性的毛巾和泡澡袋！福建民宿的通病，整個衞生間就是農家樂低配版的！洗漱環境舊舊的！熱水器電加熱不能洗太久或者一家人連續洗！但是位置是真的很好！門口夜市攤販12點都沒有收攤，適合夜貓子逛吃！

9點多到的，説還沒有房間，可以理解，那就晚點入住吧，結果，3點半到那裡，房間竟然還沒有打掃，等人來打掃，等了40多分鐘！在一個公寓裏面，全程自己摸索進去，沒見到一個工作人員，房間也比較舊，比較暗，閩南風，我呵呵了

全自助入住的，房東通過vx會告知公寓房間的密碼。房間最好的一點是很寬敞，小陽台的風景可以剛好俯瞰五店市，樓層24。
出去玩挺方便的。
廁所排氣扇好像壞了，但味道不是很大，下水道沒問題。
牆壁有些瑕疵，浴室也有些老舊，沒用。
投影設備馬馬虎虎，主要是沒有會員，想看的看不了。

房東大叔很熱情，入住前一個晚上説要點塑料袋和衣架，立馬就準備好了，介紹了好多附近的美食和景點區，陽光夜市和五店市古玩區離住的地方都不遠。高鐵站也有直達的，可以説是四通八達了。大叔的品味也很好，房間很漂亮，裏有有香薰一進來一股香味撲面而來。對了房間還有投影儀嘻嘻，晚上看電影很舒服😄

房間大#衞生乾淨#服務棒#位置好#房間很大裝修主題風格，衞生打掃衞生乾淨一塵不染，住的非常舒服，房間還配置了一次性拖鞋、礦泉水、浴缸套，房間距離五店市和萬達廣場就幾分鐘路程，樓下還有便利店吃喝玩很方便，是一家非常棒的民宿，還會再來光顧的

衞生方面非常的一般，外面就是大馬路，晚上非常的吵，廁所地面非常的滑，洗完澡就摔跤，洗浴方面沐浴露洗髮水很垃圾，投影儀更是馬賽克，根本看不清，空調也挺老，非常的不推薦，避雷

寶藏民宿，位置非常好，就在五店市對面，萬達裏面，進出也方便。有浴缸，驚喜的是浴缸外面就是五店市，晚上泡澡看夜景，簡直不要太爽。床墊是乳膠的，睡的很好，投影儀非常不錯，不會卡頓。可以擼！！👍👍👍
