I stay here every time I come to Jinjiang. It was not renamed Kaiyuan Yiju before, but now the experience is getting worse and worse. I have a few complaints: 1. I live on the 20th floor. There is a room in it that is not sure whether it is a conference room or something. It is full of people having a meeting and it is very noisy. Logically, the conference room should not be on the room floor. 2. The whole floor smelled of oil smoke, even in the room. I don’t know if it was coming from the smoke pipe or something. I ran to the front desk to report it, but the front desk staff was unmoved and was completely perfunctory. 3. This bedside towel has not been washed for I don’t know how many years. If it cannot be washed clean, I suggest you either don’t use it at all. If it is dirty to this extent, don’t take it out. There are pictures to prove it.

The room is clean, tidy, beautiful and comfortable. There are many kinds of breakfast. The food is very appetizing. The service attitude is very good. Travel is convenient and fast, and it is close to the airport.
