The internal phone line in the hotel couldn't be reached at all, so I had to look for contact information on the platform. I left the contact information of two people, but one of them was not in the hotel at all. I had to go downstairs to the front desk and ask her to help us change rooms. It turned out that the front desk didn't know which room it was. I can change, but I’m not familiar with the business at all. I was asked to go upstairs and ask the cleaning lady if she knew. I was really speechless. In the end, the cleaning lady helped us change the room. But after I went to the front desk to change the room card, there was The guest kept getting stuck in the elevator.
