賓館提供的房間與預訂的房間不一致，前台服務員説我沒有告知她定的房間類型，在入住時她要我提供預訂訊息，我出示給她看了。經攜程協調，最後進行了更換。入住後，淋浴水溢到了廳裏，服務員説我們用水量大了，莫名其妙。作為商家，第一要遵守契約，第二要誠信，第三服務至上。希望商家改進，生意越來越好。
