I gave 1 point because I can only give 1 point. The bathroom floor drain did not leak water at all. Even after bathing, the water flowed out of the room. All the cigarette butts in the corridor flowed into the room along with the water. What’s even more annoying is that I received a call early in the morning from someone claiming to be a hotel staff, saying that parking lines would be drawn and asked to move the car. When I got out, I found out that it was a bunch of old people who claimed to be experts and scholars, saying that it was affecting their photography. I have never been so disgusted.

After the child was admitted to the university in Jinzhong, a family sent her to report from Tianjin. Considering the long journey and the elderly, we must choose a hotel with a good environment and quietness, and it must be close to the school. After looking for a long time, we chose the Mural Art Hotel. University Town is about three kilometers away from Outlets and Wanda, which is very convenient for eating. First of all, when you enter the lobby, the large murals and Chinese-style sofas give you the impression of an art museum. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and takes the initiative to ask which school you are in and introduces the overall environment of the university town and the accommodation and canteens of each school. I heard that my child’s school is full Shanxi canteen is the best and we feel relieved a lot When I entered the room, I was immediately amazed. The facilities were really impressive. It was very technological. Maybe it was because it was newly opened. The park outside the window was not yet completed. It was also very quiet. The room was really big and spacious and not depressing at all. Most importantly, it was so cheap. It was so cheap. It feels like it’s free. It’s really a huge bargain for me. Every staff member I met was very nice. There is free parking. What a perfect stay If I have to make some suggestions for improvement, there is a step where the elevator comes out and connects to the room corridor. I don’t know if there are other floors. There is one on the second floor where I stayed. This step has no safety signs. If you don’t pay attention, it may be regarded as a step. If the stepping stone is easy to trip over, it is better to put a yellow sign with "Caution Steps" printed on the edge of the step. I will definitely go to Jinzhong in the future and will visit again.

The newly opened hotel has clean and brand-new sanitary facilities, and the decoration is full of artistic atmosphere, which is very distinctive! It is connected to the mural museum, the decoration is grand, and the logo has distinctive cultural characteristics, all of which are mural elements. The combination of ancient style and modern city in the room is refreshing. The front desk service attitude is also very good, comfortable hotel, cost-effective, suitable for reception.

衞生: 還可以，馬桶、浴室地面都很整潔而且乾淨。但這不是重點，重點在後麪，請讀完~ 環境: 這個酒店的環境無法令人安眠。有一個"高科技"的燈。怎麼"高科技"呢？有了移動那燈就亮，注意不是下去走路會亮，而是我在床上翻身，它就會亮起來。所以我夜裡稍微動一下那個燈就會亮，晚上亮了四次把我弄起來。花了半個小時左右時間把那個燈醫用浴巾罩上了。可是沒什麼用。鏡子上還有一個燈也是用浴巾堵上。 主要就是燈關不上影響我睡覺。

前台服務態度良好，有禮貌，房掃熱情，房間乾淨，房卡皮設計精細，好評。

環境很好，地理位置好，電視還可以投屏，環境很安靜，不吵鬧，早飯很好！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！
