先説設施，有個電視，但是衹有一個插頭，沒有機頂盒，沒有遙控器，電視也不亮。窗台有好多灰，感覺好久沒擦一樣。床頭臟的離譜，根本沒法靠。洗漱間裏洗臉池有熱水，但是洗澡的淋浴噴頭卻沒有。體驗不太好，但是也不能怪旅店，畢竟一個價格一個檔次。
再説説服務，老闆的態度極差，我訂了兩天，但是行程有變，第二天住不了了，沒辦法，衹能退了。但是老闆卻百般刁難，還要問我為什麼要退，找了一堆理由推脱。我想住不想住和你有什麼關係嗎，我去幹什麼還要經過你的同意？真的是無理取鬧。老闆還陰陽怪氣地當我麪説我真奇怪，真的是尖酸刻薄。最後在我的努力下，我138訂的房老闆終於給我退了6塊。呵呵！
