酒店在市中心位置很好，旁邊就是大潤發超市，晚餐也在酒店七樓團購的，物廉價美，餐廳服務員服務也很細緻可親。停車方便，但接待大廳比較侷促，不是很寬敞。沒有兑現升級房型服務，前台説是寬敞點的房型賣完了，二間房一起訂的，協商後才把二間房調在隔壁，説提供入住水果，實際送的是茶餅。電梯、走廊、房間的硬件設施都很好，衞生也乾淨，洗澡水暖且水大，超舒服。還有雖然室外20度左右，但房間的中央空調開製冷、制暖，室温都一樣，打電話一問前台，説現在不冷不熱，空調衹能吹自然風，進房間有點悶，凌晨又有點冷！早餐還行，對的四星標準的配置！總體還行，細節有點改善！

房間很大，設施也好，服務很好！價格合適，性價比高，值得推薦！！就是晚上睡覺臨街的房間的話不要忘了把窗户關好！報廬山一日遊非常方便！

酒店有停車場，房間衞生乾淨，寬敞。服務員熱情。早餐也不錯。事沒辦完又接着又續住一晚

廬山旅途中的驚喜就是在九江入住了鉑悦仙境酒店，性價比天花板，乾淨服務好是基礎，顏值高，配套全，早餐豐盛具有本地特色。房間設施智能化，電動窗簾，淋浴房霧化玻璃，松下智能馬桶，漢斯格雅的淋浴套裝，床墊看不出品牌，但是躺下去感覺置身雲朵，柔軟舒服。這麼有內涵的酒店，足以見得老闆是個有追求的人。
