衞生：非常差，廁所有臭氣
設施：電梯按鍵都是壞的
服務：讓多給床被子，服務員摟着一床亂七八糟的被子來了，上面還有很重的煙味

酒店很乾凈，前台也很熱情，有送小孩的早餐款，最主要是離開時下雨，前台姐姐很熱情的幫我們找出租車，酒店附近也有很多吃的，我們去吃了老兵燒烤，味道也不錯，附近買水果也很方便，酒店外面還有河提了散步騎電動車，

國慶出遊，找到一個停車方便，衞生狀況放心的酒店真的是出遊美好心情的保障，這家停車方便早餐好吃，服務態度也不錯，整體真的不錯。

帶着媽媽出行，訂的家庭房，兩個房間，三張床，傢俱和洗漱用品就正常的配置。
浴室淋浴頭是壞的，沒辦法洗，用直出的水又很小，水也不夠熱。
房間隔音非常差，大部分是旅行團帶來的人，起很早，都會被吵醒。發現自己定的人比較少，旅行大巴比較多。
服務非常一般，入住的時候沒有講清楚客房電話怎麼打，沒有講餐廳在哪裡，第二天收拾房間也沒有補浴巾毛巾和紙巾，我們的衣服也是隨便幫我們堆在牀頭櫃，揉成一團… 前台電話也是打不通的，去問了就説，房卡上都有寫…
第二天早餐我們吃的比較晚，就看到餐廳員工坐在一起吃飯刷視頻很大聲不説，還在講客人閑話 挺不專業的。
如果不是一定需要這樣的房型，建議選擇其他家，九寨溝選擇很多，住遠一點都沒事，很多民宿有接送服務的。

服務很好，環境衞生，停車場很大，後面還有籃球場，旁邊就有個超市，房間很舒服，房間裏面的窗簾是智能的，還帶了一個小冰箱

真的是很一般的酒店，服務差，房間小，續住價格漲了200塊，問前台為什麼是這樣漲價，人家很不屑的説九寨溝的酒店都是這樣，一天一個價，早餐更不用提了，簡直糟糕的無法下嚥，讓我想起了旅遊團餐的標準，呵呵，等到第二天中午以後，又可以原價續住了，果斷退房了，本人表示接受不了這樣的態度
