The whole staff at the reception was very benevolent. Compared to the chosen level of the room, I expected more cleanliness. The comfortable bedding smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast was served to us in the room, it lacked a second stool to be comfortable. So I can't comment on the breakfast buffet. I also don't know if the reception staff speaks English.
The entrance to the valley is less than a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is located near restaurants.

酒店前台服務很好，免費升級大床房，住房環境不錯，提供洗衣服務，距離景點較近，早餐麪條味道不錯，附近也很多餐飲店。

到店老闆熱情安排停車，並幫忙拿行李箱。賓館有電梯，作為景區賓館難能可貴。房間大小適中，乾淨衞生。老闆免費升級了景觀房，早餐也不錯。下次去，還是首選

去的時候大廳的裝修，要從小弄堂裏進去，有點臟。賓館房間衞生打掃乾淨，服務較滿意，早餐不好吃。離九寨溝景區大概1公里不到，步行去景區方便。從鎮江關到景區的大巴直通車可以讓司機停在馬路對邊的家福超市門口，回程司機也會這塊等，這點太方便了。
