This was my first time staying in this hotel and overall, it was definitely positive. We stayed here on Christmas Eve and my only complaint was that the hotel's restaurant and bar were closed on the 24th. I didn't need anything, but a hotel should be prepared to fully function year-round. Now, on to the good stuff. I have stayed in over 50 hotels in this region and the breakfast here (which is included) was the best, most abundant buffet of any of them. In addition to the fresh tropical fruits and juices, there were many savory and sweet offerings. Guests can also get omelets or tapioca made to order. Despite the restaurant being full, service was quick. To make things more fun, the hotel has a robot deliver your order to your table (it had a cat face and meowed at people to let them know they were in its path. The hotel is not on the beach, but is only a short walk (about 3 short blocks) from it. The hotel has a pool, a gym and a spa. If needed, free indoor parking is available to hotel guests. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Our room had a very large veranda, but unfortunately, the hotel did not provide chairs or any other outdoor furniture for the space. Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again and I recommend it as an option while in Joao Pessoa.

I was at the hotel during Carnival week, I stayed for 8 days. I found the hotel impeccable, very good room, comfortable bed, delicious shower. Breakfast rated 10. Hotel restaurant menu prices are very affordable. Delightful swimming pool, which is open 24 hours. And it even has a jacuzzi. The only bad point is the Internet, which is terrible.

Café da manhã razoável, não há reposição e não muitas opções. Não oferecem frutas típicas. Suco de laranja só para quem chega mais cedo. Quarto com cheiro de mofo e banheiro voltando cheiro de esgoto, torneira pingando, limpeza ruim, cano do chuveiro é curto, ficamos grudados na parede para tomar banho. Pontos positivos: fica a 4 quadras da orla e funcionários são cordiais.

Me hospedei neste hotel do dia 12 ao dia 18/01. Funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos. Café da manhã é excelente. Porém, alguns negativos: - piscina com água turva e o chão do local da piscina sujo com coco de passarinho, assim como nos pufs e na espreguiçadeira. -A máquina de café do meu quarto nunca funcionou. Falei no mesmo dia que cheguei com os funcionários que disseram que iriam verificar. Não obtive resposta até sábado, quando novamente procurei a recepção e disseram que a máquina estava realmente com problema, mas que só a gerente poderia resolver e ela só retornaria na segunda feira, mas estou esperando uma resposta até hoje (que nunca veio). - Também faltou sabote no chuveiro e na pia do banheiro e tive que pedir para repor, mas isso eu acho que deveria ser visto como rotina da camareira. - roupa de cama de boa qualidade, mas as toalhas do banheiro não tem o mesmo padrão. Espero ter ajudado os próximos hóspedes.
