We encountered a problem when booking, considering that Trip.com does not provide any support to Brazilian customers over the phone, so it can only be resolved within the hotel. The hotel staff was unwilling to solve it, and Trip.com did not reply via email 10 days later. Disappointing experience, I regret using Ctrip and chose this hotel that does not value the happiness of customers. If possible, I will give 0 stars.

Excelente hotel, atendimento perfeito, ótima localização, equipe de funcionários proativos, educados e sempre prontos a atender as solicitações dos hóspedes. Ambientes limpos, bem iluminados e agradáveis. Rede Wi-fi perfeita e de fácil navegação. O café da manhã é excepcional.

Great location, close to everything. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Besides, just one block from the beach.
The breakfast menu is not so varied and most of the fruit options were yet unripe.
On the other had, the savory options and the on-demand tapioca and omelet were fabulous.

O hotel tem vários pontos positivos : staff atencioso , café da manhã excelente ( qualidade e variedade ) , serviço de manobrista free , boa localização, quarto básico porém funcional e que garante um conforto bom ( o quarto é pequeno com algumas falhas na manutenção, o banheiro tem um bom tamanho e o chuveiro é muito bom ).
Os elevadores são demorados e um pouco abafados ; se ficar em andar baixo vá de escada mas isso , em hipótese alguma , é empecilho para se hospedar.
