A business trip where I, my husband, my son, and my parents were. We took two apartments for that. The idea was to spend two days. But ... Old hotel, located in the city centre, even tried to rebuild, but unfortunately ... My parents' room: First room: 113 - the door was not closed. And I had to hear from the reception that this had never happened. But the next day, even the servant was saying the door was not closed. And when my mother came near and commented on the door, she was disappointed, saying, 'Seriously? Our, it doesn't seem.' Two room we took: 119 - The sanitary vase was released. My room: First room: My son is 2 years old, and he is up in the vase to reach the pia, imagine the danger! Second room: 131 - box had a part that was with black lime on the side. The shower was more for a light shower, almost a pin-pin-pin, very weak. In both my parents' room and our room, we had problems with air conditioning. I and my father are extremely allergic. The next morning I had a cough crisis (where I am without air) and feared people think I could be with covid-19, I thought it was good, to anticipate our return. My father, 2am, had air shortages, also caused by the air conditioning, and had to seek a pharmacy to be able to get medication, i.e., he needs a maintenance of the hotel air conditioning, urgent. And what was to be 2 days, it resulted in only 1 day, and despite the super comfortable bed, it ended through half that unnoticed, for the other problems we had in the hotel. Another thing that needs to improve is the reception. When we asked for a room exchange, we were in a double and a double superior, and I asked my father if he would like to stay in the room that was just with the broken glass cap, and he said no. So I asked you to change my room for apt 131 and put my parents in 128. The receptionist just said, ”I can't make this exchange, because one quarter is double above, and the other no” - what he could have done was, ”Madam, you have no problem, we can do that, but there will be a difference in values, For we are transferring from category, all right?' - what was not done at any time.

Very educated, performing and receptive team. I believe the hotel can improve the wall painting of white apartments, lighting Led White (Today are dark and yellow), also the hygiene issue had no handsets for handle food in the breakfast buffet, just Gel alcohol and swabs.

It is safe to say that there is a military camp next to it, and the hotel is not far from the station. There are many places to eat around, just like the name, and comfortable. Breakfast is ok, but there is a problem with the phone in the room

The room is very comfortable and clean, with good size and clean, with good quality towels, towels and towels. Breakfast offers gluten-free and lactose-free options separate from other items.

The hotel is a Joinville icon, staff service is excellent, they are very friendly and requested, parking is not very safe, the door is open all the time and there are no covered places. The coffee is charged separately, I didn't consume, the restaurant is very good, the dish I asked was great, the rooms are old and the small balconies and fear, the guards and beds also look very old, as well as the lift.

We stayed two days, good bathroom, great shower, comfortable couple bed, single bed, not so much, simple coffee more satisfactory, just the juice that was not good, friendly and efficient staff, both of the reception and of the coffee. Small parking is a positive point for hotel in the centre, and clean and smelling room, at that point was a positive surprise.
