I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. First two nights we stayed in the standard room due to the hotel being full. The standard room was very very small and you barely had any space to open a big suitcase. We upgraded our room and stayed in the deluxe room the rest of our stay. The view overlooking Vättern was very nice but apart from that the rooms aren’t isolated from sounds and it was very noisy, everyday you would hear noise from the trains, clubs (on the weekends), the cleaning ladies made a lot of noise, you could hear all the doors opening and closing, and footsteps from the floor above. The floors of the rooms were very dirty and dusty and even when you would get your room cleaned they wouldn’t sweep the floors or change dirty coffee mugs. The hotel has no room service and no house keeping, if you want your room cleaned you have to tell the receptionist the day before. I had to ask a few times and even after that the room was not cleaned properly at ALL. No rooms have a mini bar or a fridge, only the suite does. I’m quite dissatisfied with my stay there, if only they had room service and housekeeping everyday (without having to ask) and if cleanliness was taken more seriously it would have been better. I complained about the floors being dusty and even after that they only came to make the beds, empty the trash cans, leave dirty cups, didn’t refill coffee or sweep floors. The reason we didn’t change the hotel was because most of the decent hotels in Jönköping were fully booked. The restaurant had a decent breakfast.

Absolutely Fantastic Christmas Brunch today.We have been last Christmas and now back again😉 Very delicious food,very clean restaurant,cosy atmosphere, lovely Christmas decoration,Very polite,helpful stuff. Second time we are satisfied .Everything was good.Hotel is in the center ,have parking.Good location,good view to the lake 😉 Recommend it....will be back for sure again.Regards Rosita & Leif.xxx

I've typically stayed at another local hotel till now and I'm THRILLED to have the Quality as an option now. In addition to having a good restaurant attached (albeit slow service and a touch pricey), the gym is really great, the rooms are spacious and have amazing views, the staff was very friendly, and the parking is attached. It'll be my new go-to, for sure!

Very comfy stopover spot. Room was pretty tight with the couch folded out but overall had a nice stay. Our kids loved the floor to ceiling windows. Breakfast spread was great.

I travel a lot for work and have about 180 travel days per year. It's been a long time since I was so disappointed with an accommodation. I didn't have high expectations, but I was still disappointed. The room smelled of moist (maybe mold?), it was dusty, the drain in the shower was probably clogged so the water wouldn't go down, and the floor felt slippery and slimy in the shower. The restaurant stands out for the worst service I've experienced. We were a group of 8. Four of us were done with dessert just as the starters arrived for the other 4. When it did arrive, the meat was tough and not very tasty, and it didn't improve that they couldn't provide us with the right knife. The combination of dirtiness and poor service has resulted in me never staying at that chain again for personal stays. Professionally, we've now removed them from our travel agency's "preferred providers" list.

Comfortable and handy for train station. I booked because of the outdoor hot tub with view of the lake, bit it was 190sek to access, so didn't bother. Spent the money on a nice meal at the nearby steak house instead.
