Emotions by Hodelpa - Juan Dolio

The staff is really nice except Nicholas from font desk was really rude and unprofessional just because I was asking to update to add one person that I will paid the difference he start screaming a me and didn’t let me talk it was really unpleasant all other staff are excellent Jose, Antonio and Irving was really friendly and also the animation team like Ronald is great from the bartender Luis Roberto from the restaurant and Juana all of them are great

Good time Rooms and bathroom clean Outside bathrooms not so clean Majority of the staff was amazing others rude. Front desk staff kind, helpful always smiling.

Honestly I don't like anything about this place. The staff very incompetent. The swimming pool was dirty. They pretended to clean the pool but they not. The staff is very rude. The food is the worst of the worst , not taste at all plus is always cold they don't keep the food in proper temperature condition. My wife and I give it a try, but didn't work. Thanks God we only booked 2 days and we only spent 1 never been so hurry to get out from a place. I will never go back to this place ever in my life.

Bar staff wasn’t helpful, the room looked old and dirty specially the bathroom. No way to make a reservation at the restaurants because they have to be done by 9am so if you’re staying one night you’re not going to get a reservation. We had to park away from the hotel and there were not golf carts available (we had luggage and a kid). I didn’t enjoy my stay
