Lovely interior as a contrast to the street outside - amazing scent as you walk in. Helpful staff. We only stayed one night, after busy weekend watching rugby in M****ille and too cold/cloudy to use pool, but we easily walked down to the seafront and found an amazing little restaurant on the way ("Le Bistrot"). Breakfast was continental and with the largest array of dried fruit etc that you could add to yoghurt/cereal... Only minor negatives were that, had we been staying longer, we might not have enjoyed the "view" of the road/school, through one window, and possibly felt like we might have been seen; and no little milk pots/sachets for tea (I can bring my own teabags, there were some Earl Grey, but it would have been a 5* thought, possibly especially if you know it's Brits staying!!??). I'm sure I could have asked, no problem, but I just wanted to chillax after long day travelling! Maybe ask the travellers as they're checking in, if require small amount of milk possibly? Super handy to get to/from station (although we stupidly didn't exit from the main station side and therefore it took longer to get to hotel, going over a footbridge, probably adding to my thirst for a tea 😂). We would stay here again, if in the area!
