It was great time and honesty the the service is great plus let's not talk about the 11 floor is great place to be after the long day and over stayed in de room then from that u get the best quality time, omg Camila is a great person I have ever meet, I have move alot of places in de world and I find her the best person to serve me in quality and professional ways.

Hotel in the secure places in Juba. An amaizing view of the river Nile. Friendly staff with a variety of amazing and delicious food in their buffee. Food from different parts of the world, you will definately find variety of food to enjoy. Spacious and clean rooms. Highly recommend.

Great Service, there is a lady by the name Megan who made our stay very pleasant and easy. Very Helpful I have to say. The restaurant also serves a great option of foods and they do not charge for room service. The amenities are also good with a well equiped gym and clean pool.

The hotel is indeed the best hotel in Juba in terms of amenities and services. Special thanks to all staff from the front desk to housekeeping to Room Service they were all amazing and courteous. The daily variety of restaurants and bars are just what I expected, live shows at dinner and lunch, live sports events. Thank you all guys, I had a great time.

One of the highlights of my trip to juba has got to be Pyramid Hotel. A few of my friends invited me to watch football on the 11th floor of the hotel and if you haven’t been, you must visit. Giant screen and breathtaking views. Also the gym is incredible, very clean with the right equipment and the right Instructor I must say. Keep a look out for Rizik if you want to put in a good workout. World class hotel overall. A must visit.

We have dinner in the cafeteria the food sooooooo good and I met a really cute and nice Receptionist Tukez Zeynalova she is so kind and friendly .Because we were the first time go there ,she helped us a lot . we enjoyed a happy time in there.I think it’s a good place to relax.
