Ibis Budget Jundiai Shopping

The stay and quality of service were good, although the apar**ent was very small. The floor and door had a partially loose piece.

It was the first time I rented a room at Ibis. I had already heard comments that the room is small, but to my surprise it was much smaller than I imagined. I rented it anyway. I thought my claustrophobic attacks had been cured, but in the Ibis room I had a claustrophobic crisis. Shortness of breath, chest pain, headache. The bedroom window barely opened. It looks like a solitary confinement with no space to move around. The bathroom is cramped. The experience was terrible. I had to leave the same day. I couldn't stay there. I had to rent a hotel in the very dirty center, but at least it had a bigger space and real windows.

I do not recommend. Very dirty room. Moldy and dirty curtain. Very small room and no minibar.

The hotel is in an excellent location, next to the Jundiaí market and shopping mall. The rooms are chain standards, small and with basic items for a short stay, bathroom is separate from the shower, the toilet is alone in a claustrophobic cubicle with a door, the shower would be good if it worked properly, the part where it has the holes water does not come out properly. Breakfast is very good, divine fruit room, perfect orange juice, warm bread, the only thing is that the dining room is very small and cramped, if there are many people, you will have to wait for tables and queue to be served. It is a Hotel to spend alone. I do not recommend for several days, without any comfort.

I liked the hotel and the location. Check-in was a little slow, but the stay was worth it. The room makes excellent use of space, but the ladder on the air bed in the 3-person room hurts your feet a little. They also provided a blanket for the air bed, which is terrible for those with rhinitis. I missed having an exhaust fan in the bathroom and possibly a screen so we could change in more privacy after showering. The shower is by far the highlight. Really really good. I loved the pool in the lobby. As for the fitted sheet, I found the texture a bit strange, reminiscent of something a bit plasticky, and the pillow a little high for me, but I think that's more up to each person and not the experience in general, which was great. I was only more bothered because I couldn't book breakfast through the app and it said there that I could pay R$30 per person separately for breakfast at the reception and they presented me with a price of R$40.
