設施：非常新 馬桶和窗簾都是智能的 還有小度智能屏
衞生：很乾凈 消毒的比較全面
環境：市中心遊玩很方便
服務：態度非常非常好 寶寶過生日他們不僅送了個蛋糕 還幫忙佈置房間 而且很漂亮 （如有特殊節日可以提前打電話給前台）前台小姐姐的態度也是十分的不錯
精美水果:很新鮮 也很甜
早餐:品種還可以 味道很不錯
唯獨一個小建議就是窗簾避光再強一些就完美了

太棒了，真的是我在凱里住過性價比最高的酒店了 剛好還能在窗邊看到雪景 太美啦！！！ 可惜之前訂的房間沒有浴缸 店家説可以定有浴缸的房間 邊泡澡邊看雪景！！！真的是太絕啦 今天訂了一個帶浴缸的 已經迫不及待了

設施：還比較新的，客用品和洗漱用品都很齊全，智能馬桶洗屁屁很好，居然還有洗衣房，衣服烘乾之後客房大姐還幫忙送到房間，這一點就很滿意， 環境：氛圍感拉滿了， 👍👍👍服務：因為天氣比較冷，給我遞上一杯熱茶，喝下去很舒服！前台遇到的服務員熱情又有耐心！樂於提供各種幫助，衹是幫我安排太高的樓層，我看下去有點心慌。會回住的。

第一次入住次這個酒店，前台和客房工作人員的貼心服務，整體的感受很好。首先是酒店位置很好找，就在市中心，酒店的整體風格我也很喜歡，房間內舒適的床墊，智能化設備，乾淨的房間讓人印象深刻，看的出來酒店在這方面有用心！

酒店的服務很好 不管是前台還是客房服務都沒得説 很多細節都做到了 設施設備都很新住着也放心酒店位置也很好 酒店就在商場旁邊 周圍還有很多吃的 真的是懶人的福音 辦理入住時還贈送了水果，看得出來酒店還是很用心。

酒店位於凱里繁華地段，26樓，很安靜，設施很新，乾淨衞生，窗外風景很好。逛街方便，樓下是九方天街和一條小美食街，過對面馬路更有大型美食街。服務好，高鐵南站免費接送，節省時間。機器人送了精美果汁。房間智能化，小度音箱控制窗簾、燈和電視，小孩很喜歡。住宿體驗非常滿意。
