服務：出發高鐵站，有叫車服務，但是不規範，司機亂要價，和前台確定了是酒店叫的車，然後聯繫不上了，欺負不經常回來的人不知道打車價格？一點小錢可以看出酒店和司機的素質

説不上太好説不上太次。有的屋隔音不太好樓上叮咣的。噪音還是比較大的。無論開什麼房間。都是一樣的。開了兩天房間一樣的房間户型。不一樣的價錢。一回訂的豪華的 一回訂的大床房。結果是一樣的房間。打電話問吧枱可不可以送餐晚上。吧枱説他不清楚。讓大送餐電話。送餐電話打了。一直沒人接通。後來叫的外賣。這點可以。外賣員不讓上樓。由酒店的人送。這很安全。也很放心。總體來説有好有壞。

就還不錯，無功無過吧，但前台態度很一般，根本無法匹配自身酒店定位，送的礦泉水位置在洗手間，很難想象這是誰想出來的設計，但這邊也就這一家看着還行了，下次希望能換個專業點的前台
