I could have rated this place 10 stars, honestly the staff are amazingly welcoming and warm. They make you feel home, make sure you're comfortable and always there smiling and ready to fulfill your requests. Rooms are spacious, loads of drawers and wardrobes, soooo clean and neat, view to the beach from balcony and view to a mail card landscape from the 5th floor where the buffet breakfast is served. The food is tasty, varied and the hygiene overall is top. You gonna enjoy showering and the air conditioner is turning off automatically when you open the balcony. I'm spending a week and I'm still there at the minute and wanna try their spa that looks great. Few of them only speak a very good English, however the barrier language was invisible because all members of staff, every single one I met was communicating with me in any way possible to socialise and that was the cherry on top. Also the hotel is close to the beach, close to my favourite restaurant and others and the market every Thursday just nearby 🤍

My husband and I stayed in the Payava Hotel in Kalkan for a few days recently. The hotel is run by an enthusiastic team who go out of their way to make sure everything is just right. The decor is stylish and the furniture comfortable. We had a sea view room with a balcony so enjoyed fabulous views from the well furnished balcony. Breakfast each morning was freshly prepared and there was an excellent choice of hot and cold food. We ate dinner there on one evening and enjoyed delicious and well presented meals. We highly recommend this hotel to future visitors, the Payava Hotel is a welcome addition to this lovely Turkish town.

This October we stayed at Lupia suites and it was absolutely amazing. The apartment style rooms are so spacious and interior was fab. The reception and pool are equally brilliant, with the most friendly and attentive staff! Location wise, you couldn’t get better for the quality of the rooms, only a 5 minutes walk to the beach and old town, which is really where you want to be staying. I was confused how there weren’t more reviews raving about this place, however ive learnt that it has only recently opened. Overall, brilliant. From someone that doesn’t write reviews, I had to share what a great experience I had at Lupia!

I had an amazing time at Sole’n Blu. The owners and staff made me feel at home. The sunsets there are magical. The outdoor common area is a great place to hang our and socialize. There is access to a great swimming spot down the block. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend you stay there if you come to Kaş!

The environment is very good, the terrace of the room faces the sea, and one minute walk down the path is the beach. There is no sand but all rocks. It is very special. It will be very pleasant to go for a swim. The room is not big, but the whole is small and fresh, the quilt is a bit thin, and the bathroom is not divided into wet and dry partitions, which is a pity. The hotel’s dining is not bad, you can eat it on the balcony of the room, the price is not expensive, there will be guests outside to eat. The hotel parking lot is public. When you drive to the hotel front desk, the younger brother will help you park it. The fly in the ointment is that the water was shut down for one night, not a problem of the hotel. The whole area was shut down, but I think my brother's ability to solve problems can be improved.

Next time if I choose to stay in KAS town for one night, I will choose here again. The boss and waiters are very friendly, especially Abdullah, who received us, with very sincere eyes, and tried his best to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Parking is right in front of the store, very convenient. We rented a car, picked it up from Antalya Airport, and drove directly to Fethiye. It is also a good choice for KAS to take a one-night break in the middle of the trip. This should be considered a relatively large homestay, about four kilometers away from the KAS tourist distribution center. Drove five minutes into town last night for dinner and a walk around the marina. The town was too noisy for us who like quiet, there are places to stay in the town but it didn't feel right for our family. It may be more convenient to go to the bar, the next floor is the bar. The bath water here is a bit small for us. The air conditioner is sufficient, but it is similar to the Shangri-La where we live in Istanbul. The breakfast is full, and there are not many varieties. There is a pancake that looks like a Chinese pancake, and the watermelon is delicious.
