The hotel is very cost-effective. The kitchen has an induction cooker, which is very useful. The service staff are also very enthusiastic and responsible. Very comfortable stay.

The room is large and has kitchen equipment.

While the property has a well worn side to, it was excellent value for money and has a charm to it.

During our stay we quickly realized there was black mold all around the bath tub and a giant spot of it on the ceiling. Also upon arrival there was this gross smelling air freshener plugged in behind the tv. The smell was so overwhelming we were starting to smell like it ourselves. Im not sure if they were trying to cover up previous smells or just as a precautionary measure. I unplugged it, but it didnt seem to help. There is a sign on the office door that says call these 3 numbers overnight if you need anything. It is supposed to be "24 hour service" is what they say. One number answered out of 3 of them and rudely hung up on me after about 5 words were exchanged. Wasnt a super great feeling, so im not sure why the sign says 24 hour service because it definitely should NOT say that. All in all the one good thing I can say is for some reason the beds were decently comfy. My partner and I both agreed they were the best part of the stay. Honestly for 68 bucks a night its good in a pinch. And if money was very tight I'd probably stay here again. But if the finances allowed me, I would most definitely prefer to stay ANYWHERE else.

Property has noticeable full-time residence that Linger around the area. The rooms are showing noticeable damage and neglect.

check in was good, room had a toilet that ran all the time. sheets were clean, room was okay. breakfast was good. it was a good location.

The staff was really nice. Bed sheets were to small on the queens so couldn't wrap around 2 people unfortunetly. Other than that it was a good stay.

The staff is great. And will good out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. Cheerful and positive attitudes. I will be making this my regular hotel when coming to Kamloops

Value for the price is OK for an overnight stay with breakfast / Staff are good but no 24hrs / location is convenient.

Good option, easy commute, reasonably priced. Only issue was our sink was clogged. It was quickly fixed once we reported it.

The beds and sheets were clean. Everything else felt dirty. Bugs in the bathroom, huge stains on the floor, tv cabinet pulled away from the wall so hanging and exposed cords were visible. Just not a comfortable stay

The staff were so friendly and helpful!! Room was neat and so quiet!! Would so stay again!!
