老闆親自到停車場接的，因為自己真的可能找不到，整個公寓樓基本都是民宿，房間是套房，就在在繁華的古街，就是古城停車收費太貴了，每輛車四十元。

是真的很無語忍不住要寫點評，首先老闆娘是很熱情的，到的時候到停車場接我們，態度完全沒有問題。但是吃完晚飯回來洗澡時發現，我們三個房間：一個大床房有正常熱水，一個標間必須開着水池的熱水同時打開淋浴才有温水，第三個親子套間怎麼開都沒有熱水，甚至淋浴頭都沒有固定好快要倒下來了。最讓人惱火的是老闆娘不在，老闆看起來喝多了的樣子聽不懂我在説什麼我更加聽不懂他表達的意思，我第二次找老闆説沒熱水的時候甚至完全沒有理會我。為了洗澡真的浪費了很多時間很煩人。最後衹能去有熱水的房間排隊洗澡，整個川西環網上衹有這一家碰到了這情況。
同時要説一下親子套房是和洗衣房連在一起的，每個房間門的密碼都一樣，所以後來外面的大床我們也沒敢睡，睡了套間裏面的小床鎖了門。
整個設施新是新的，看得出來是剛裝修的，但反正我們這次體驗不是很好，希望改進吧。

地理位置方便，在溜溜城，停車不方便。需要停在較遠的地方，不過這座城市停車都不方便。家庭房唯一的bug是洗衣房在家庭房裡麪。較不安逸。民宿照顧的大哥和大姐都很熱情，也會幫忙那些。

看了點評才選的這家店，上當受騙的感覺，刷新了對民宿的認知，咱起碼把表面功夫做一做啊，桌面上、地面上的長頭髮，衞生間枱麪及鏡子上的污垢，一言難盡。服務員或老闆的難以溝通

可能是才開的吧，整體設施設備很新，就在市中心，去哪裡都很方便。唯一不足的是停車問題，他們幫忙找了個停車的，我們自己花了40塊錢。

老闆非常熱情，房間及地理位置都很好，美中不足就是鋪蓋太厚了。另外停車費40需自理喔，總的來説值得推薦好評。😀😀
