嚴重懷疑好評是刷的！來新疆10天，最糟糕的一次住宿，晚上10點到達，下雨，車不好停，女保安上來就大呼小叫，和女保安相比，前台惜字如金，冷若冰霜，一句你好都沒有，全程辦入住，錄人臉，要自己看着到哪一個家人，喊過來拍照，拍完照也不説，要我們問好了嗎？才點點頭，問房間是否相鄰也説不清楚，是酒店幾個月沒發工資嗎？毫無服務可言！以上是8月11日，入住當晚的真實體驗。
接下來客觀評價下房間，房間較大，床墊還是舒服的。但是，最重要的衞生，真的不是一般的差！馬桶上有污漬，地板，衞生間也到處是污漬，真的很臟！
所以，那些説乾淨衞生，服務好的好評，自己評判吧！

酒店環境很好，門口的小花圃開滿了鮮花。大廳準備了雪菊茶。保安大姐幫忙把行李送進房間的。房間很乾凈，電視可以投屏。早餐很豐盛、營養，有雞蛋，蝦，雞腿，孩子很愛吃，還有我愛喝的現磨咖啡。退房時孩子哭鬧，前台工作人員還給孩子送了小禮物。總體來説很周到。值得推薦！

優點：實事求是房間空間還是蠻大的，床也感覺很寬，衞生間空間足夠大
缺點：
設施：陳舊，維護基本沒有
衞生：臟差，洗手間洗手枱下的地漏反味道奧
環境：周邊沒啥正在建樓
服務：不需要了
早餐：基本沒啥了，也許去的晚，咖啡機器擺在那，豆豆沒了，粥快成飯了，體驗感很差
空調是壞的，味道打開極大，忍着35度的天氣睡了一晚
在新疆旅遊期間，住的體驗感太差的酒店，民宿感覺設備都比他強
隔音也差，洗手間射燈壞了都不修，洗手枱黑乎乎的
好糟糕啊，不會再來了……

房間夠大，衞生間寬厰舒適，乾濕分離，特別是洗澡水很大，而且下水口是雙下水口設計，排水迅速，不存在排水慢或堵塞的問題，洗澡暢快淋漓舒服，可以打垮很多五星四星酒店！這是值得特別稱讚的👍！在新疆旅行這麼多年在入住過的很多酒店裡，這家克拉瑪依維也納酒店（克拉瑪依泰富廣場店）應該被稱為頂級最好的一家了！遺憾的是前台辦理入住的人員服務比較冷漠，比不上保安阿姨熱情有禮，另外早餐也很差！
