A continuous flow of traffic and loud Trams are passing. It’s impossible to open a window without running the risk of hearing damage!

Die vier Sterne haben wir nicht gefunden. Dafür sind rd. 133 Euro + 15 Euro Tiefgarage pro Nacht zu viel. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage mitten im Zentrum, das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, die hauseigene Tiefgarage, in die man auch mit einem großen Auto kommt (allerdings muss man für Ein- und Ausfahrt sich jeweils eine Karte an der Rezeption holen und anschließend gleich wieder abgeben), freie Minibar (4 Flaschen).

Dieses Hotel ist den 4 Sternen absolut würdig. Das komplette Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Kommuniziert wurde vorab sehr kompetent und freundlich per Mail. Die Lobby ist sehr schön und einladend, mit Kaffeeautomat und Wasserspender. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und es gab dann zu unserer Freude ein Upgrade. Das Zimmer war sehr schön - mit allem ausgestattet, super Matratze, Tablet und eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut - im UG, was aber durch helle schöne indirekte Lichtquellen (mit Himmelmotiv) ausgeglichen wurde und wir haben uns auch hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bar und Personal war sehr schön, wir haben vorab reserviert und den gewünschten Tisch bekommen. Wenn wir nochmals nach Karlsruhe kommen, dann wieder dieses Hotel.

Friendly, competent service. Great rooms, just for ”habitat”, with kitchenette (to clean itself) and clothes/site room. We had only chairs, for ”habitat” would certainly be a small sofa here. Breakfast is very good for a 3-star city hotel, because you easily overlook the rather uncomfortable breakfast room (which is the taste;-)). The furniture is partly highly used. Really clean it wasn't, but since the hotel wash The view from the balcony is currently showing a large building site.

Wir waren zu fünft mit den Fahrrädern in Hotel Kübler, weil als Bett+Bike ausgewiesen. Das Service-Personal ist sehr nett und sehr bemüht (sowohl bei der Reservierung als auch bei dem Aufenthalt). Das Hotel selbst ist in dem Teil, wo wir waren, teils kurios, teils veraltet. Die Zimmer (im Bungalow) waren sehr groß und früher bestimmt luxuriös, entsprechen aber nicht mehr unserem heutigen Geschmack (z.B. Radio mit Kassettendeck am Bett). Was uns mehr gestört hat, sind die Sanitär (Klo und Badewanne), die von der Abnutzung verfärbt waren. Was uns aber sehr gut gefallen hat, war das vielfältige Frühstück mit tollem Service (auch frischen Spiegelei). Das Angebot an Müsli war überwältigend. Es war für jeden etwas dabei.

Good location for a four star hotel. The hotel is close to the commercial area and the surrounding environment is also very good. Calling a taxi from the main fire is almost 9 euros. The hotel is very hygienic and the front desk staff is very friendly. The hotel is fully equipped with a gym. It’s just that the texture of the interior decoration is better.
