Everything was perfect, the Lange room, comfortable beds, great location between Hbf and the center.
However, the air-conditioning was not regulated, it was too hot in the room. There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) and was not renewed, considerable luck of the serving personal at the restaurant, actually gust one girl.

We came by train from Switzerland and booked a small apartment. We were early for check in so this wasn't quite ready either. We were still allowed to drink coffee for free. After that it went very quickly and we got the keys. Really very nicely done with a small kitchen. The kettle and the teas are certainly great in winter. We had a thermos bottle with us so we always had something warm to drink. Also with the free coffee otherwise, just great. Unfortunately, we didn't reserve any restaurants and were unlucky. But I used the delivery service twice and benefited from it three times thanks to the microwave. The extension of the check out worked without any problems and very quickly.
Only downside is that
Toilet paper was not replenished on the last day.
We'd love to come back.

Overall a very good experience with modern, stylish premises and good communication. The apartments are very spacious and well furnished with everything you need. As a coffeeholic, the only thing that bothered me was that the 20-minute thorough cleaning of the fully automatic coffee machine was carried out at 10:30 a.m. I would suggest management to do this when fewer guests want coffee, for example in the evening or at night.

Dass die Küche etwas spärlich eingerichtet ist, hatte ich vorab in den Rezensionen gelesen, für den Preis war das mich mich absolut ok.
Eigentlich wollte ich vorab Kontakt aufnehmen, das hat über die ******* App für mich nicht funktioniert… ansonsten alles perfekt, werde die Unterkunft voraussichtlich in Zukunft nutzen… dann auch mal mit Hund.
