Positives: The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. Check-in went smoothly and the staff was very professional and clear in how everything worked around the hotel. The breakfast was very nice as well! I had an early check-out which happened some hours after the refund was available, which really wasn’t an issue for me, so I was glad that the early check-out was possible regardless of refund was possible or not. During my fuss in my check-out, I had forgotten an item of clothing and had gone back the following day around midday to see if the clothing had been found. At the time it hadn’t been found and I gave my contact information in case they wanted to contact me in that regard. They did end up finding the item of clothing and were quick to let me know, so I could figure out when to get it. I know it’s all part of the profession, but I am really thankful that they were quick to inform me. Negatives: The hotel is fairly close to the train station, so there’s a lot of honking in the evening/night, which gave me some frights from time to time when I had gone to bed. Overall: I really enjoyed my stay regardless of the trains honking and the early check-out situation. The staff were very understanding and helpful!

Clean room & bathroom. It is very close to the Karlsruhe Hbf. The housekeeping ladies were very attentive & friendly replenishing our coffee & tea sachets during our stay (6 days) there. We will definitely use this hotel again as our base to visit Baden-Wurttemburg.

FANTASTIC! The best Premier Inn we have been. Beautiful design. Top class clean and comfortable.We had a great night there Very helpful and friendly staff. We were very impressed. Highly recommended.

In itself a very nice hotel premier in everything premium except for the price... That's the advertising slogan. That's true, except for one point, which unfortunately makes the whole experience a bit sad. it's too warm in the room. the air conditioning is set to -3 but the room does not cool down. the air conditioner blows out too much heat. After consultation with the reception, the house is set to 21 degrees. that's not enough for midsummer. Absolutely correct setting of the air conditioning means that the room does not get colder than 22 degrees, the air conditioning does not make it. and in the dark during the day it will be even more difficult with the glazing. Compared to other premier ins, the air conditioning is far too weak or set incorrectly by the management.

A brand new Premier Inn right by Central Station. Parking in front of the door 6 parking spaces free otherwise just opposite for 6 €. Underground parking at 15 € I find too expensive. There is nothing to complain about, everything is clean and new. Buffet breakfast had a good selection

Sehr gut ! Haben hier vom 11./12.05.2024 übernachtet. Das Hotel ist modern und befindet sich in der Nähe des Karlsruher Bahnhofes, von welchem man jedoch nichts mitbekommt. Nach 22:00 Uhr kommt man nur noch mit der Türkarte ins Hotel, die beiden Aufzüge zu den Zimmern lassen sich ebenfalls nur mit dieser in Gang setzen. Vermutlich ist das auch den einzelnen Damen geschuldet, welche zur Nachtzeit in der Verlängerung der selben Straße ihre Dienste anbieten. Der Check-out erfolgt ebenfalls anders als in anderen Hotels regulär bis 12:00 Uhr !

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des Bahnhofes. Ca 5 Min Fußweg. Einfacher Checkin. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, egal in welchem Bereich des Hotels. Das Hotel hat alles was man braucht. Bequeme Betten, schönes Duschbad. Alles sehr sauber. Zum Frühstück gibt es leckeren Kaffee und auch an uns Veganer wurde gedacht. Danke an den netten Mitarbeiter, der uns abends an der Bar mit guten Getränken versorgt hat. Das Einzige was nicht so schön war ist, dass die Zimmer zu warm waren.

Die Bewertung fiel noch recht gut aus, da das Zimmer zwar extrem klein und vollgestellt war, allerdings der Preis mit 79 Euro ok war. Ansonsten war das Restaurant und die Bar eine Katastrophe. Die Menükarte umfasst immerhin drei miese, überteuerte Burger und eine Pizza - das wars.
